Scentsy Story
I joined Scentsy in November 2008 after spending about a month telling my sponsor I absolutely did **not** want to be a salesperson. Apparently, things changed. I already loved fragrance and the way something as simple as a scent can bring back a memory, change the feel of a room, or make home feel a little more like *home*. What I eventually discovered was that I didn't have to become a pushy salesperson to build a successful business. I could do it in a way that actually felt like me. And that's what I've been doing ever since. Over the years, Scentsy has moved with my family through military life, multiple moves, raising two kids, career changes, and now our empty(ish)-nest years. Along the way, this business has brought extra income, incredible incentive trips, friendships, leadership opportunities, and experiences I never would have expected when I bought that first Starter Kit. Almost 18 years later, I'm still here because I genuinely love the products — but also because I love having a business that can change as my life changes. These days, you'll usually find me talking about fragrance, family, dogs, life, and whatever opinion I happen to have that day.
